If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or refund within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Return shipping charges are not refundable outside Greece. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of the date of receipt, your order number and the original invoice.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@anthoshop.com.

In case of eligible returns shipping costs are refundable only in Greece. If you are in Greece and you receive a refund, the cost of shipping of the returning item will be added to your refund via the same way you have paid. In order for shipping costs to be refundable you have to return the items through Speedex or BOX NOW.
International Returns: If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you want to return your product via BOX NOW:
If you have received via BOX NOW and want to return the product to our e-shop, the process is easy!
1. Write the 10-digit voucher number - which was on your original package - on the return package. If you have not kept the voucher, you can find the 10-digit number in the sms/viber you received from BOX NOW
2. Take the return package to the locker that serves you, type the 10-digit number on the pinpad and press OK.
3. Place the package in the locker and close the door.
Shipments that have not been made through BOX NOW:We will issue a voucher and send it to you to stick on the package. By entering the 10-digit Voucher code, the Locker will open.
If you do not have a printer, you can write the 10-digit Voucher code in a visible place on the package with a marker.
